Julie Ann is a hybrid painter, meaning she has both artistic and journeyman skills.  She is classically trained in Fine Art and has over 35 years of practical experience in painting and construction.  With Signature Painting  and Julie Ann, clients receive her unique ability to recognize and achieve what is aesthetically desirable.
